NDIS Code of Conduct

Everyone who works with Felix SCC on Support Coordination and Connection Services is expected to follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Our commitment

In plain terms, we will:

  • act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making
  • respect privacy and confidentiality
  • provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill
  • act with integrity, honesty, and transparency
  • promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about quality and safety
  • take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and discrimination

For Support Coordination and Connection Services, that includes honest provider options, clear role boundaries (we coordinate and connect — we do not supply support workers), and open handling of conflicts of interest. See conflict of interest, safety — your rights, and safeguarding.
